Farouk Systems is taking action and precautions to help prevent the spread of the virus and support the health and well-being of our customers, our partners, employees and our communities.
At Farouk Systems, the makers of CHI and BioSilk, we believe it is our role and responsibility during this time is to prioritize the health and well-being of our customers, staff and partners while doing our part to help support local health officials and government leaders as they work to contain the virus. We have implemented a work at home policy for many of our teams and have taken a series of precautionary steps, including social distancing for our distribution teams and increased cleaning and sanitizing procedures at all our facilities and warehouses.
We have been working around the clock to see how we can best help our local community and have decided to use our manufacturing facility to help make hand sanitizers that are much needed right now. We are taking strong initiatives to move our production to assist in this cause in addition to fulfilling regular orders. We will donate hand sanitizers for the City of Houston and Tomball for front line city employees. We are gathering our resources now and will soon announce when we will be able to meet demand to supply salons through our distributor partners.
