Warranty & Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, you have fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase to return your product for a full refund by contacting FSI’s Customer Service Department as follows:

Certain products sold on the Site are accompanied by a written Limited Warranty, which may be found printed on or delivered with the product. Such Limited Warranty is incorporated in its entirety into these Terms. For products accompanied by a Limited Warranty, your return rights are set forth in that warranty language. For all other products, FSI may in it sole discretion accept or deny your request to return such product.
Farouk Systems Inc. will provide return label only for order that need to be replaced due to malfunction or damaged products. Customer will be responsible for the cost of the label for not satisfied purchase, cancelation or any other reason that is not malfunction or damaged products.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Need to modify your biosilk.com order? Changed your mind and want to cancel it? We’ve got you covered. While we may not be able to make every change to your recent order, you can simply cancel your order within approximately 30 minutes* of the time you placed it and create a new order with all of the changes you need to make.
*The 30-minute grace period doesn’t apply to orders with Buy Online, Same Day Delivery orders.
